Been coming here for years until I moved and went to a different salon and stylist who butchered my hair. Came back to Urban Calm where Carly completely corrected the cut, length and style, really lovely atmosphere and conversation. Definitely recommend and will continue to come here as im always happy with the results

East to book appt on the Urban Calm website and paid up front which is great. Appt was with Carly who did a fab blow dry on my curly and unruly hair. Carly was so lovely and chatty and I would recommend to others.

Had an excellent experience with Anissa!! Lovely and very friendly :) and even though I asked for my nails to be natural, she did them lovely and she gave amazing attention to detail, to make sure that they were all the same length, that the gel had set nicely and that they were perfect!! I have an awards ceremony at the start of October, so I will definitely be rebooking my nails to be done by Anissa

It’s taken some time to find a salon that I feel comfortable with. I’ve been going to urban calm in Aintree for over a year now. The staff are very friendly and do an excellent job. I’ve had my makeup done for a special occasion. I get my hair done regularly. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I have Also recently started getting Biab gel nails. All of these services have been done to a high standard.
